About These Terms

These terms apply to purchases from A&G Co at agjewelco.com. Please review the product description, shipping policy, return and refund policy, and privacy policy before placing an order. Our online store is hosted on Shopify.

Products and Availability

Materials, finishes, sizes, and included items are described on each product page. Pendants are sold without chains unless the listing expressly states that a chain is included. Product availability may change. Colors may appear different depending on your screen and lighting.

Prices and Checkout

Prices are listed in US dollars. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Please provide accurate contact and shipping information when ordering.

Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship within the United States only. Orders are carefully packed and shipped the next business day, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Carrier delays may occur. Please see our Shipping Policy for details.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible before it ships. You may also submit a cancellation request through your customer account when that option is available. A request is not a confirmation that the order has been changed or cancelled; please wait for our confirmation. Changes depend on product availability. Once an order has shipped, please refer to our return policy.

Returns and Refunds

Eligible return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. There is no restocking fee. If we confirm that an item is defective or that the wrong item was sent, we cover the necessary return shipping.
